Empathic Painting |
Empathic Painting is “an interactive painterly rendering whose appearance adapts in real time to reflect the perceived emotional state of the viewer.”
Which means: You look angry/sad/happy/etc. and some gadget recognizes that and reacts accordingly.

See this example movie or get the details on the University of Bath website.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have your computer suggesting funny websites or games when it thinks you look sad? Or choose the TV/radio programme accordingly to your mood? Not to mention what that could mean for e-commerce.
- As long as I could turn this feature off, I’ll give it a try. What are your thoughts on this?
