explore twitter

twitter

we love all these web “toys” like facebook, pownce and YES of course twitter. we love to tell you what we are doing at the moment and to read about what all the other people are doing at the same time.

and if it’s all done in a nice graphic way - perfect! so have a look at this twitter application done by stamen design.

any plans for this weekend? - let’s go seam carving!

seam carving

we’ve just talked about content aware image resizing in an earlier post.

besides that “seam carving” sounds pretty cool, the video demo was awesome and impressive. so it was only a matter of time that flash developers took on this topic - “oh, I can build that in Actionscript, too - darn I just need a free weekend for that”. have a look at mario klingemann’s blog to go deeper into seam carving and content aware image resizing all done with actionscript3.
