during this year’s dld conference in munich i watched an interesting panel with short presentations by our befriended industrial designer konstantin grcic and john maeda, director of mit media lab. enjoy the short movie below summarizing the session.
marrakech - an inspiring life- and work-experience for creative people |
friends of us are looking for a young 3d-designer with experience in web and graphic design as well as flash to work with the team of bernd kolb (founder of id-media) in marrakech on extra-ordinary projects (e.g. 3d design of a big hotel project, building a new web-community, website design etc.). german or english is necessary, knowledge of french helpful in marrakech.
board and lodging is free, flight will be paid + 1000 - 2000 euro per month according to qualification. duration: 6-12 months (negotiable) - from: as soon as possible.

dld (digital, life, design) is europe’s conference for the 21st century, covering digital innovation, science and culture and bringing together thought leaders from europe, the middle-east, america and asia. the three-day event is chaired by publisher hubert burda and investor joseph vardi and hosted by stephanie czerny and marcel reichart.
paulo coelho (writer), konstantin grcic (konstantin grcic industrial design), hans-ulrich obrist (serpentine gallery), hector parra (composer), christoph schlingensief (director), david silverman (director, “the simpsons”) and martha stewart (ms living omnimedia) will be among those representing the world of design and art.
